I think it needs a third day because if you have 'newbies' to eBay in the class it really throws off the timeline and the instructor has to ask if there are any questions...and then we are doomed. I also think the book should be included in the price of the class, not an extra expense. The price of the class could be adjusted for this because everyone taking the class should want the book. I plan on taking Part 2 if it is offered in Lynnwood this Spring/Summer. |

I think that we would have learned more if she had used 2 different items. The other real problem was not Cindy's fault. 90% of the class had never bought anything on eBay and so she had to explain the whole buying process, which was not what the class was about. I really felt that I did not get my money's worth, but it was more due to the makeup of the class than the instructor. |

| Feb 11 2005 - I really enjoyed the course. Cindy was very easy to listen to and easy to understand. She was consistent, funny at times, and moved things right along. She was able to answer any pertinent questions. A real asset to her appeal as an instructor was that she used personal experiences as examples for numerous categories. That was reassuring to myself, and my mother who also took the course. Cindy really had a way of reassuring the class that this was not a difficult process to get on track with Ebay and emphasized the simplicity of doing so. I think the course left me well informed. The handbook is great! I'm a real visual-aid person so the handbook is very helpful. I would recommend the class to anyone. Let's face it - if no one was yawning or falling asleep....Cindy was doing soemthing right!!

I'm very happy with her one-on-one method of teaching. I appreciate that she came to my home and was always very punctual. I found her to be very knowledgeable in the core subject = eBay. |

| Feb 6 2005 - The class instructor, Cindy Shebley, was wonderful — she made everybody feel comfortable from the outset. She was clear and informative and took time to answer questions as they came up. She had a great sense of humor as well. She also was open to individual questions before and after class and during the breaks. A bonus was the CD she passed out with supplemental information. This is probably the best workshop I've ever taken. Thanks!
My only (very minor) complaint was that I thought the outside doors should have been closed when the class was scheduled to begin — both sessions were on cold, drizzly nights, and the room never seemed to warm up. |
